Photos show need for permanent groundcover on the 2-acre sandy peninsula sticking out on the pond.  To allow full release of the permit and bond, the State is going to require full coverage of  all clear or disturbed areas with permanent perennial groundcover such as fescue or Bermuda grass.  Rye grass is good for Spring but is not considered permanent groundcover.  There is a large amount of bare soil showing.

Ruts and rills on the pond slopes will need to be graded and levelled before groundcover is sown.
